Returns & Refunds

All sales at Leura Lingerie are final. For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any piece once it has left us — including for size, colour, or change of mind. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering, and message us if you are unsure; we are happy to help you choose.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the shipping either way.

2. Before You Order

Every piece is checked before it is dispatched. Measurements and fabric details are on each product page — ask us anything you are not sure about and we will answer before you buy.

3. Payment

Orders are paid cash on delivery. You can inspect the parcel with the courier before paying.
